SHOW COOKING “LONG LIFE TO THE TIN BOX”

During the event “Terra Madre – Salone del Gusto” in Turin, the show-cooking “Long life to the tin box” was organized in collaboration with RICREA, ANCIT and ANICAV.

The Michelin-starred Chef Moreno Cedroni interpreted two excellences of Mediterranean cuisine, tomatoes and anchovies preserved in cans and steel boxes, containers that are good for the health and the environment.
